"Willi Orbán returned to RB Leipzig today per the preliminary agreement. Instead, Botond Balogh from the U21 national team joined the A-team squad," MLSZ wrote on Sunday evening on its Twitter.
As known, Orbán joined the squad last week with delay due to illness, and according to this, his club agreed with the Hungarian federation that he could only play in the first game against Albanian, so he'll miss the match against England. However, Péter Gulácsi and Dominik Szoboszlai, who also play for RB Leipzig, are not required to return, so they can stay with the national team.
The 19-year-old defender Botond Balogh of Parma in Serie B has previously played for the youth national teams. He played in the U17 World Cup in 2019, played for the U21 team in September, and was invited to the October games by coach Zoltán Gera, but did not play against Poland last Friday. On Tuesday, however, against England, he could make his debut in the senior team if head coach Marco Rossi sends him to the pitch.
