Aïssa Laïdouni made his Tunisian national team debut in the spring of 2021 and has since had 25 appearances and scored one goal. The Ferencváros midfielder played a major role in his country's World Cup qualification tournament, playing eight qualifying matches.
The 25-year-old footballer joined the Green and Whites in the summer of 2020, and he has worn the FTC jersey 102 times since then. There will be a player of Fradi in the person of Laïdouni in Qatar at the World Cup; the last time this happened was in 2014 when Muhamed Bešić took part in the tournament with the Bosnian national team.
The Tunisian national team will kick off their World Cup participation against Denmark on November 22 at 2pm (CET). Laïdouni and his team will face Australia and defending champions France in the group besides Denmark.
